Techno Science Supersite

Hey students! Here is your definitive source for K-12 Science, Math, and Technology fun in and around the Portland metro area.

Techno Science Updates

We have a NEW NAME for the Techno Science Supersite

Congratulations to Charles from Hillsboro for providing us the winning entry: a short, memorable, and action-oriented name with two simple strong syllables—an ideal name to launch the site into a grand future!

Three judges from Intel and the BEC poured over the many entries comparing them to our guidelines, making sure they fit the spirit of our site and making sure they were still available. Thanks to all for the more than 100 entries we received.

For the next few months, we will be developing a new look and feel. We'll be unveiling the new site sometime next Fall. Stay tuned for the big reveal.

New Programs

Our latest program is ChessVision.net. Train your brain! Chess Vision is where kids have fun, learn and play chess. By providing opportunities for junior chess players through clubs, camps, tournaments, groups and private instruction Chess Vision hopes to help children learn skills that will reward them for the rest of their life.
